BulletpointTaylor & Francis Group and Bookpoint Ltd25th January 2008

Taylor & Francis Group are pleased to announce that with effect from 1st March 2008, order processing, customer service and distribution for their book division as well as for their sister company Informa Healthcare, will move from Cengage Learning Services Ltd (formerly known as Thomson Publishing Services (TPS)) to Bookpoint Ltd.

In doing so, Taylor & Francis (T&F) wishes to thank all at Cengage/TPS for many years of successful partnership and service.

Credit control services for T&F and Informa Healthcare will continue to be provided by Informa's Credit Control Department in Colchester, UK.

Although customers will receive a new account reference number from Bookpoint, their sales ledger account with T&F and Informa Healthcare will continue as before.

Orders:
From 1st March 2008, all orders should be sent to Bookpoint and will be processed against the Taylor & Francis account at Bookpoint.

  • All the necessary arrangements will be made for transferring teleorders. Please order in the usual way.
  • Backorders/Dues — all dues will be transferred.

Returns:
  • After 1st March 2008 any returns of books originally supplied from Cengage/TPS should be sent in the normal way to Bookpoint, accompanied by the original Cengage/TPS paperwork.
  • Standard T&F terms and conditions on returns apply and will be honoured throughout.
